I posted a question. When will I hear back?
Our platform guarantees a response within 48 hours. In practice, most questions are answered sooner. You'll receive an email notification when a lawyer responds. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within the day.
I booked a consultation but need to reschedule
You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the consultation time with no charge. Log in to your account and go to your bookings. If you need help, email us at info@tiwalaabogado.com with your booking reference.
How do I know a lawyer is really verified?
Every lawyer's IBP roll number is checked manually against the Integrated Bar of the Philippines registry before their profile goes live. The "IBP Verified" badge on a profile means we completed this check, not just that the lawyer claimed to be verified.
Can I request a refund for a consultation?
If a lawyer doesn't show up for a scheduled consultation, you'll receive a full refund automatically. If you're unsatisfied with a consultation for another reason, contact us and we'll review the situation. We take quality seriously.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. Your name and email are never published publicly without your consent. Questions may be published in anonymized form to help others. You can opt out of this when submitting. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not yet, but our platform works excellently in mobile browsers. A dedicated iOS and Android app is on our roadmap. If you'd like to be notified when it launches, let us know via the contact form above.
